 P.S. The appointment will be canceled in following conditions: 
         1. The typhoon No.8 or above is hoisted. 
         2. Rainstorm Black Warning is hoisted 
         3. If there is less than 3 hours from the end of our consultation hours when the typhoon (1) or the Rainstorm Black Warning (2) is lowered.
